原油加热炉烟气脱硫除尘系统的研制与应用

Development and Application of Desulfurizing and Dedusting System in Direct Fired Heater

  • 摘要: 通过分析原油加热炉烟气组分, 结合加热炉运行特点, 采用循环流化床脱硫和二级除尘相结合的工艺研制了加热炉烟气脱硫除尘系统, 该系统既可保证烟气脱硫除尘的充分性, 又能达到国家环保烟气排放标准。现场实际应用结果表明, 烟气脱硫技术达到了预期目的, 解决了生产中的实际问题。

     

    Abstract: Combined with the operation performance of direct fired heater through analyzing the components of soot exhausting of the heater, a special technology designed to combine two-class dedusting with desulfurzing by circulating fluid bed is adopted. The system is able to ensure the sufficiency of desulfurizing and dedusting, and ensure the fume emission meeting the needs of relative environmental protection standards simultaneously. The application of the desulfurizing and dedusting system shows that the desulfurzing technology achieves a anticipated goal in environmental protection, which solves actual productive issues.
