大型双盘浮顶原油储罐密封泄漏损耗分析

Seal Leakage Loss Analysis for Large Double Deck Floating-roof Crude Oil Storage Tank

  • 摘要: 针对国产化大型原油储罐双盘浮顶密封结构, 研究了一、二次密封的泄漏机理, 对静止储存、原油收、发的损耗进行了定量计算。分析了原油泄漏对环境的危害, 提出了具体措施以减少原油储运过程中的泄漏量。

     

    Abstract: This article describes the investigation to the leaking mechanism of single and double seal aiming at the seal structure of large domestic double deck floating-roof crude oil tank and presents the quantitative computation for the leakage loss during static storage and crude oil loading/unloading.The authors analyze the harm of oil leakage to the environment and propose specific measures to reduce oil leakage during its storage and transportation.
