Application of PLC and Chromatograph in Natural Gas Mixing

  • 摘要: 介绍了PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)将根据色谱仪提供的多路天然气热值、组分、密度等参数, 以及人为设定参数(热值等)计算出的两路甚至多路的流量比值, 应用于电动调节阀的各个管路流量及阀后压力的实时测控的过程中, 可保证其动态稳定于设定值范围内, 实现了通过控制流量和压力达到动态实时混气的目的。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduces how PLC(programmable logic controller)is used in a real-time monitoring process of piping flowrate and valve-back pressure of motor-driven control valves to dynamically keep them within the set value, based on 2-way or multi-way flowrate ratios calculated from multi-way gas's thermal values, composition, density and specific gravity, and artificial parameters(thermal value and so on) provided by means of chromatograph.Through flowrate and pressure control, real-time and/or dynamic gas mixing can be achieved.
