悬吊工艺在管道桁架跨越中的应用

Application of"Suspending & Hanging Method"in Truss Overhead Crossing

  • 摘要: 为解决西气东输中卫黄河管道跨越工程汛期桁架的吊装问题, 提出了悬吊工艺。介绍了悬吊工艺的前期准备、吊具设置、相关辅助设施、发送时钢架的力学特性等具体步骤。经西气东输中卫黄河管道跨越工程实践证明, 悬吊工艺能较好地解决汛期桁架吊装安装的技术难题。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem of truss hanging in the Yellow River crossing in West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline Project in flood season, "Suspending & Hanging Process"is used.In the paper, the prophase preparation of hanging tools, hanging tools'allocation, relative auxiliary facilities and mechanical property of truss during sending are introduced.It is proved that in the Yellow River crossing in West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline Project, the"Suspending & Hanging Process"is available to solve the technical difficulties in truss hanging in flood season.
