输油泵机组逗行效率的测试与分析

Test and Analysis on Operation Efficiency of Oil Pump Units

  • 摘要: 针对输油泵机组在运行过程中出现的电机功率因数偏低、负载率低、电机和泵效率不合格、电机过热以及泵能损耗大等问题, 分析了影响输油泵机组中电动机和输油泵效率的主要原因, 制定了提高输油泵机组运行效率的措施, 分析了采用变频机组后的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the problems of lower motor's power factor and lower loadability, unqualified efficiency in motor and pump, motor overheat and higher pump loss, an analysis is made for the major cause impacting on the operating efficiency of the motors and oil pumps in pumping units and measures are worked out for improving the operation efficiency of the pumping units, and economic profits for variable frequency motor applied is analyzed meanwhile.
