卷板制造JCOE直缝埋弧焊接钢管性能

Mechanical Properties of JCOE Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welding Pipe Made from Rolling Plate

  • 摘要: 简述了采用热轧卷板制造直缝埋弧焊接钢管的全过程。采用热轧卷板, 经过卷板开平和切断, 采用JCOE工艺制成直缝埋弧焊接钢管, 分别进行成分、拉伸、冲击、硬度、DWTT等理化性能检测, 结果符合相关技术规范DNV-OS-F101(2000)和API SPC 5L。

     

    Abstract: This article describes the whole process of JCOE longitudinal submerged arc welding pipe made from rolling plate.Make the longitudinal submerged arc welding pipe from rolling plate through leveling and cutting, and then conduct physical and chemical properties test individually such as composition, tension, shock, hardness and DWTT tests.The testing results show that the pipes such made confirm to corresponding technical specification of DNV-OS-F101(2000)and API SPE.5L.
