站库仪表监测系统的防雷及过电压保护

Thunder-proof and Overvoltage Protection of Instrument Monitoring System in Pump Station and Oil Tankfarm

  • 摘要: 概述了输油泵站和库区防雷设施及过电压保护的现状和特点, 分析了目前输油泵站和库区仪表微机监测系统的防雷及过电压保护存在的缺陷, 提出了适用于电力系统、建筑防雷和各种电子设施的综合防护原则。针对输油泵站和库区仪表监测系统微电子设备的特点, 提出了应采取的防护措施。

     

    Abstract: The status quo and characteristics of thunder-proof and overvoltage protection facilities in pump stations and oil tankfarms are described. The defects existed in current thunder-proof and overvoltage protection facilities are analyzed. The authors present the comprehensive preventive guidelines suitable for the thunder-proof in power system, industrial buildings and all kinds of electric facilities in the paper. In the light of the characteristics of micro-electric facilities of instrument monitoring system applied in pump stations and oil tankfarms, the protection measures to be taken are given.
