Technological Improvement on TDW PIG SIG IV Scraper Passage Indicator and its Application

  • 摘要: 概述了TDW清管器过球指示器的工作原理, 对清管器在实际运行中出现的问题进行了分析, 对清管器过球指示器进行了技术改进。改进后的过球指示器有效解决了误报警问题, 提高了操作人员对清管器运行的判断能力, 大大降低了收球操作的风险。

     

    Abstract: This paper describes the principle of TDW PIG SIG IV scraper passage indicator, analyzes the problems existed in actual pigging process and make technological improvement on TDW PIG SIG IV scraper passage indicator. The improved indicator not only solves the problem in error alarming, but also helps the operators to increase the capability in identifying the passing pig, which can effectively decrease the risk in pig receiving operation.
