输油管道系统的压力控制分析

Analysis on the Pressure Control of Oil Transportation Pipeline System

  • 摘要: 管道压力是影响管道安全运行的关键因素, 对常温输油管道的调控主要是对压力的控制。通过调节输油泵的启停、变频泵转速、调节阀开度进行管道压力控制, 将控制点和关键点的运行压力控制在安全范围内, 可以确保管道运行的连续性和完整性; 利用泄压阀、压力开关、超前保护和ESD程序, 可以有效保证管道的安全, 提高管道运行的安全系数。

     

    Abstract: The authors consider that regulating and control of the oil transportation pipeline system in constant temperature is to control the pressure of pipeline because the pressure of pipeline is a key factor to influence the safe operation of pipeline. Start/stop of oil pump, revolution regulation of frequency-variable pump and the opening of regulating valve are effective measures to ensure safety operation of pipeline systems, especially for the control point and key point, with continuity and integrity. It is pointed out that taking several technical measures such as relief valve, pressure switches, leading protection and ESD procedure can effectively ensure the safety of pipeline system and enhance safety coefficients in pipeline operation.
