塔河油田集输系统污水腐蚀因素分析

Study on Corrosion Factors of the Produced Water from Gathering System in Tahe Oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对塔河油田集输系统受污水严重腐蚀的现状, 应用灰色关联方法, 对影响污水腐蚀性的各个相关因素进行了关联度分析, 得出了关联度排序。结果表明, 影响塔河油田2号联污水腐蚀性的主要因素是总矿化度、pH值、Cl-含量、Ca2+含量、HCO-3含量和TGB含量, 指出灰色关联方法为研究塔河油田污水腐蚀提供了一种有效的综合分析新方法。

     

    Abstract: In the light of the situation that the gathering system is seriously corroded by the produced water, the grey relational analysis method is used for relational study on the all factors affecting the corrosive ability of the produced water and the ranking results are obtained. The result shows that the major factors influencing on the corrosiveness of the produced water are the total mineralization, pH value, Cl-, Ca2+, HCO-3 and TGB contents. The authors consider that the method of grey relational analysis provides a new way to study the corrosion of produced water in Tahe Oilfield efficiently.
