A Study on Diesel and Gasoline Mixture in Batch Transportation Process

  • 摘要: 针对顺序输送中混油掺混处理问题, 对某炼厂出厂的柴油与汽油进行了掺混试验, 考虑了油品质量控制指标及质量潜力的影响, 确定了最大允许混油比例。试验结果与经验公式计算结果对比表明, 油品性质不同, 油品之间允许的混油比例就明显不同, 顺序输送混油切割与回掺操作中对经验公式的使用应慎重。针对经验公式的局限性, 提出了混合油品质量控制指标预测模型。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of diesel and gasoline mixture in batch transportation, experiments are carried out on the mixture of diesel and gasoline from a refinery. Considering the influence of quality allowance of different products and quality potential, maximum allowable proportion of the mixture is determined. The comparison of the test results to that of the empirical formula and data analysis demonstrate that different products has different mixing proportions, and the empirical formula applied to the contamination cut and/ or treatment can be utilized with caution. Meanwhile, a forecast model for process index of quality control of the mixed products is given in allusion to the limitation of empirical equation.
