混掺俄油的大庆原油触变特性试验
Experimental Research on Thixotropic Characteristic of Daqing Crude Oil Blended with Russian Crude Oil

摘要: 针对混掺5%~0%俄罗斯原油的大庆原油, 开展了铁大线和秦京线大庆原油触变特性现场试验, 结果表明, 考虑原油存在不完全可逆性结构的Houska修正触变模型能比较准确地描述在特定测试温度、进站温度和多剪切速率条件下的大庆原油触变行为。试验获得了秦京线、铁大线实际管输条件下不同测试温度和进站温度的触变模型参数, 对于准确计算管道停输再启动压力具有一定的指导意义。Abstract: Aiming at Daqing crude oil blended with Russian crude oil from 5% to 10%, an industrial experiment on thixotropic characteristic of Daqing crude oil in TieDa Pipeline and Qingtie Pipeline is carried out. Experimental results display that Houska model can exactly describe thixotropic characteristic of Daqing crude oil under given measurement temperature and inlet temperature with multi-shear rate condition. Thixotropic model parameters of different measurement temperatures and inlet temperature under actual pipeline flow condition in TieDa pipeline and QinJing pipeline are obtained, which are of guiding significance in correctly calculating the pressure for pipeline shutting down and restarting.
