利用生产数据确定管输含蜡原油的粘温关系

Determination of Viscosity--temperature Relationship of Hot Waxy Crude Oil Piped through Operation Data

  • 摘要: 利用热油管道清管后的生产运行数据和室内测试的含蜡原油粘温规律,得到了确定含蜡原油热输管道在线粘温关系的方法,并应用此方法得到了实际管道中原油的粘温关系。与室内测试的粘温关系比较,利用生产数据得到的粘温关系更接近生产管道中流体的性质。

     

    Abstract: By means of operation data obtained from pigged hot oil pipeline and the viscosity-temperature law of waxy crude oil discovered from laboratory, the methodology for determining on-line viscosity-temperature relationship for piped.hot waxy crude oil is established, and with the method, the actual viscosity-temperature relationship on actual pipeline is given.The paper points out that the viscosity-temperature relationship obtained from operation data of piped hot waxy crude oil after pigging is more closer to the property of actual fluid of pipeline compared with that of laboratory.
