分输站压力控制系统的优化设计与应用

Optimized Design of Pressure Control System of Offtake Station and System Application

  • 摘要: 以西气东输管道的工艺需求分析为基础,阐述了管道分输站压力控制系统的设计理念、设计思路以及设计优化原则,分析了压力控制系统在正常运行方式、低流量时的操作方式和流量/压力自动选择性调节方式条件下的应用效果,给出了实际应用实例,以期为今后输气管道类似设计或水平提升提供借鉴和参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Base on a Process requirement analysis of West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline, the paper describes the design conception, technical consideration and optimized principle of the pressure control system at gas transmission pipeline's offtake station and analyzes the normal operation mode of the pressure control system, operation mode in low flowrate, the applied effect under the condition of optional pressure automatic regulation and an actual application example is given, which provides a reference for the future design of similar pressure control system at gas pipeline's offtake station and promoting its level as well.
