特大型炼油厂中间原料油罐组的优化设计

  • 摘要: 以加工能力为1000×104t/a的特大型炼油厂为例, 研究了中间原料油罐组优化设计问题, 根据相关规范和油品物性, 在传统中间原料油罐设计的基础上, 提出了优化中间原料油罐组的总流程、储存天数、储罐数量、油品性质的设计要求。认为实现中间原料油罐的优化设计, 不仅可以提高了土地利用率, 而且还可降低能耗, 节省投资。

     

    Abstract: Take the super-sized oil refinery of 1000×104 t/yr capacity for example, the optimal design for the tank farm of intermediate feed stock is studied. Based on the traditional design of such kind of tank farm, the design requirements for the tank farm on overall process flow, storage days, tank quantities and oil properties are put forward according to relative standards and oil properties. The authors consider that the optimal design for such tank farm can not only raise the utilization rate of lands, but also lower power consumption and save project investment.
