科里奥利质量流量计在兰成渝管道上的应用

The Application of Coriolis Flowmeter in Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing Products Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了兰成渝成品油管道使用的科里奥利质量流量计的组成, 分析了影响质量流量计运行稳定的因素主要为应力和零点; 影响质量流量测量的主要因素是温度和压力。指出了保证检定和使用质量流量计稳定运行应注意的问题, 以及消除压力, 保证零点稳定的措施。

     

    Abstract: The article introduces the structure of Coriolis Mass Flowmeters used in Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing Products Pipeline, analyzes the major influence factors such as stress and zero which will impact the steady running of the mass flowmeters. Temperature and pressure will influence the measurement of mass flowrate. Effective measures to eliminate pressure and stabilize zero steady are worked out in order to ensure calibration and stable running of the flowmeters.
