原油储罐加热盘管腐蚀原因分析及对策

Analysis on Corrosion Origin of Heating Coil Pipe in Crude Oil Tank and Countermeasures against Corrosion

  • 摘要: 针对吐哈油库原油储罐加热盘管腐蚀穿孔的现象, 对锅炉使用的软化水、锅炉水以及冷凝水进行了分析, 指出加热盘管产生腐蚀的主要原因是二氧化碳腐蚀、电化学腐蚀和氧腐蚀共同作用的结果, 提出了减缓二氧化碳腐蚀的措施, 建议增加除氧设备, 锅炉使用除氧水, 以减缓氧腐蚀。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the phenomenon of corrosion and holiday of heating coil pipe in the crude oil tank at TuHa Oil Tankfarm, an analysis on physical properties is carried out for water, boiler water and condensation water. It is pointed out that the major reason for heating coil pipe's corrosion in crude oil tanks is the result affected in the combination of CO2 corrosion, electrochemical corrosion and oxygen corrosion. The countermeasures for reducing CO2 corrosion are presented and suggestions for installing deoxidization equipment, preparing deoxidization water for boiler to inhibit oxygen corrosion are provided.
