大庆加剂原油停输再启动试验研究

Experiment and Research on Shutdown and Restart of Daqing Crude Oil with Flow Improver

  • 摘要: 在实验室内进行了大庆加剂原油停输冷启动试验研究。通过改变原油含水率和流动改进剂浓度, 经历不同冷凝时间, 得出了启动压力梯度与冷凝时间、改进剂浓度等的关系曲线, 分析了冷凝时间、含水率、流动改进剂浓度和管道直径对冷启动压力梯度的影响。由试验结果及分析可知, 添加DODE系列流动改进剂对冷启动压力梯度有一定的降低作用, 推荐该改进剂的最佳浓度为200 mg/L。

     

    Abstract: Cold start tester is set up in and an experimental study on the stop and restart of Daqing crude oil is carried out in the laboratory. By changing the water ratio of crude oil and the concentration of the flowimprover, through different condensing period, the curve of cold start gradient & condensation time and the curve of cold start gradient & flow improver concentration are obtained. The effect of condensing time, water content ratio, flow improver concentration and pipeline diameter upon the pressure gradient in cold start are analyzed. The test results and analysis show that adding flow improver of DODE series with different concentration can reduce the cold start pressure gradient and the best concentration of flow improver is 200 mg/L.
