Development and Application of a Evaluation Software for Oil Products Evaporation Loss

  • 摘要: 在已建立的非稳态多变量油品蒸发损耗数学模型的基础上, 开发出油品蒸发损耗评价软件, 该软件可用来评价油品蒸发和油气排放规律, 简洁、方便地计算各种储运设备在不同工况下的油品蒸发损耗, 如油罐或油罐车装油过程中气体空间的摩尔分数分布及损耗数量, 并能够在线形成油气摩尔分数分布等各种图表。该软件可用来评价油品储运过程各种降耗措施的效果, 指导企业节能降耗管理。

     

    Abstract: Based on a self-established mathematical model of oil evaporation loss (PEL) under unsteady conditions, a evaluation software of PEL is developed for the purpose of appraising the evaporation and discharge rule and calculating oil vaporizing mole fraction, evaporation volumes and losses in different kinds of oil storage and transportation equipment under different working conditions by computer easily and conveniently. The software can produce on-line tables and charts the vaporizing mole fraction distribution, etc., also can be used to evaluate the effect of the control methods such as the vapor recovery technology applied for cutting down the loss in oil products storage and transportation process, and/or for guiding the enterprise in energy saving management.
