聚脲涂层的耐阴极剥离性能研究

A Study on the Cathodic Disbonding Properties of Polyurea Coating

  • 摘要: 探讨了聚脲涂料在金属上的阴极剥离机理及聚脲弹性体配方的选择, 分析了金属表面、聚脲/金属界面附着力、聚脲涂料配方对聚脲涂层的耐阴极剥离性能的影响。根据分析结果, 提出了从改善聚脲/金属界面状态、提高聚脲涂层的玻璃化转变温度、降低聚脲涂层的水分渗透率和氧气透过率等几个方面改善聚脲涂料的耐阴极剥离能力, 以制备具有良好耐阴极剥离性能的聚脲涂料。

     

    Abstract: The mechanism of cathodic disbonding properties of polyurea coating is discussed and the prescription of the elastic body is selected firstly.Then, the effect of the metal pretreatment, the adhesion of the polyurea/metal interface and the formula of polyurea coating on the cathodic disbonding properties of polyurea coating is investigated respectively.Based on the result, it brings forward that the polyurea coating owns good cathodic disbonding property by means of improving the polyurea/metal interface, the glass transition temperature and the addition of V2O5 particle for the purpose of preparing a kind of polyurea coating with sound anti-cathodic disbonding properties.
