影响内减阻涂层质量的因素分析及对策

Analysis on the Factors Effecting the Quality of the Internal Drag Reduction Coating and Countermeasures

  • 摘要: 叙述了内涂层减阻技术的基本原理和内涂环氧减阻涂料的基本方法, 指出了内减阻技术关键是内减阻涂料和涂敷过程。介绍了国内外减阻涂料、API标准对减阻涂料的要求和施工设备、生产工艺流程等情况。分析了涂层附着力、光洁度、厚度对内减阻涂层质量的影响, 讨论了涂层附着力、光洁度、厚度等缺陷的形成原因, 并探讨了相应的对策, 总结了内减阻涂层涂敷过程的质量控制的重要意义。

     

    Abstract: The basic principle of drag reduction technology of internal coating and basic method of epoxy coating materials are described.It is pointed out that the key technology of the internal drag reduction is the coating material and coating process.The drag reduction materials at home and abroad, the requirements, coating equipments and coating process of drag reduction materials stated in API Standards are introduced in the paper.The influence of coating adhesion, cleanliness and thickness on the quality of internal drag reduction are analyzed, the defect origins in coating adhesion, cleanliness and thickness are discussed, corresponding measures are investigated and the significance of coating quality control during coating application process is summarized as well.
