管道沿线结蜡分布不均匀对蜡层厚度计算的影响

The Impact of Non-identical Wax Deposition along Pipeline on the Calculation of Wax-layer Thickness

  • 摘要: 根据原油管道的结蜡规律, 分析了蜡层分布不均匀对管道蜡层厚度计算的影响。在管道直径长度相同、沿程摩阻增加相同的条件下, 随管道结蜡段长度的减少, 有效平均结蜡厚度减小。根据站间压降反算得到的水力学平均蜡层厚度, 并不能说明管道的实际结蜡情况。对于压降上升较快的管道, 利用压降反算得到的蜡层厚度会夸大管道结蜡的严重程度, 而忽视某些区段的潜在隐患。

     

    Abstract: Based on the law of wax deposition in crude oil pipelines, the impact of non-identical wax deposition along pipeline is analyzed in the paper.If the inner diameter and length of the pipeline section and the increment of friction losses along the pipeline section are all the same, the effective average wax deposition thicknesses of the pipeline section would decrease with the reduction of length of wax deposition in the pipeline section.The hydraulic average wax deposition obtained from the calculation according to the pressure drop between two pump stations can not describe the actual wax deposition in pipelines, especially at conditions when the pressure drop along the pipeline increases faster, the wax deposition resulted from the pressure drop would exaggerate the severity of average wax deposition in pipelines, but in the same time ignore potential blockage troubles in some pipeline sections.
