阿赛输油管道末站经济储油方法及其应用

Economic Storage Method For Crude Oil and its Application at the Terminal Station of Alshan-Saihantala Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对阿赛输油管道赛汗塔拉末站的实际运行状况,在积极增加原油销量和协调原油外运、贯彻执行QHSE管理体系和改进储库相关管理制度的基础上,提出了相应的经济储油方法。介绍了蒸发损耗的测定方法。实践表明,采取经济储油措施可以有效地降低储油费用,提高经济效益。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the actual operational status of the terminal station of Alshan-Saihantala Oil Pipeline, relative economic storage methods for crude oil are put forward for the purpose of expanding crude oil's marketing, coordinating oil's transportation, implementing QHSE system and improving relative management/regulation system of the tankfarm. The method for measuring evaporation rate of crude oil is introduced meanwhile. The practice shows that oil storage costs may be effectively cut down by means of taking economic storage measures.
