东临复线水击保护实例分析

Surge Protection Case for Dongying-Linyi Parallel Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 东临复线配置有完善的水击压力保护系统,同时采取了压力泄放、顺序停泵、硬线停泵及水击超前保护等措施。通过对东临复线水击保护实例的分析,指出采取泵站独立压力保护系统和全线水击超前保护系统等多重保护措施,可有效防止严重水击工况对管道和设备的危害。

     

    Abstract: Dongying-Linyi Parallel Oil Pipeline is provided with perfect surge protection system and meanwhile some measures are taken such as pressure relief, sequential pump OFF-mode, "hardline" pump OFF-mode and leading surge protection for the pipeline. Through analyzing the surge protection case of Dongying-Linyi Parallel Oil Pipeline, it is pointed out that multi-measures taken based on an independent pressure protection system of a pump station and a whole line leading surge protection system can effectively protect the pipeline and its equipment from surge hazards.
