蒸汽冷凝回水对浮顶罐加热盘管的内腐蚀

Measures against the Internal Corrosion of Heat Tracing Coil Pipe Caused by Condensation Return Water for Floating Roof Oil Tank

  • 摘要: 浮顶油罐通常采用蒸汽盘管伴热,针对蒸汽冷凝回水对浮顶罐加热盘管产生的内腐蚀问题,分析了阿拉山口输油站浮顶罐加热盘管的腐蚀原因,提出了控制锅炉给水中CO2的含量以及在锅炉内添加挥发性碱化剂和成膜胺等药剂两个方法,并对这两个方法进行了对比分析,指出了储油罐加热盘管内腐蚀防治方面存在的问题。

     

    Abstract: Generally, the floating roof tank is heated by means of vapor tracing coil pipe. In the light of the internal corrosion of heat tracing coil pipe caused by condensation return water of floating roof tank in Alashankou Pump Station, the corrosion reason of heat tracing coil pipe is analyzed. According to analysis results, two measures against the internal corrosion of heat tracing coil pipe are worked out; one is to control the content of CO2 contained in feed water and the other is to add volatile basifier and alkyl amine (C18H37 NH2 and C16 H33 NH2) to the feed water. And comparison is made to the two measures and problems existed in the aspect of prevention are pointed out.
