秦京输油管道腐蚀机理分析及腐蚀检测

Analysis on the Corrosion Mechanism of Qinghuangdao-Beijing Oil Pipeline and Corrosion Inspection

  • 摘要: 针对秦京输油管道存在的土壤腐蚀、应力疲劳腐蚀、杂散电流腐蚀、管体材质不均匀产生的腐蚀问题,进行了腐蚀机理分析,对该管道外防腐层、内腐蚀进行了检测。根据腐蚀机理分析结果评价了秦京输油管道目前的腐蚀状况,认为应将管道防腐层的外检测与内检测相结合,以得出综合结论,有针对性地消除安全运行隐患,对秦京输油管道管网改造提出了建议。

     

    Abstract: Analysis results display that the problems in soil corrosion, stress/fatigue corrosion, stray current corrosion and the corrosion from inhomogeneous pipe material are existed in Qinghuangdao-Beijing Oil Pipeline. Internal coating inspection and external coating inspection of the pipeline are made. The authors consider that the method for internal and external coating inspections should be used on the basis of combination according to the inspection and analysis/assessment results for the purpose of obtaining a comprehensive conclusion, which is helpful to eliminate pipeline operation hazards. Suggestions for technical reform of the pipeline networks are put forward meanwhile.
