恒定加热量时热油管道工作特性研究

Study on Operation Characteristics of Pipeline with Constant Heat

  • 摘要: 通过对热油管道工作特性的研究, 发现在加热站加热量恒定时热油管道存在临界输量, 当输量小于临界输量时, 管道运行将进入不稳定工作区。对恒定加热量管道临界输量的影响因素进行了分析, 指出总传热系数降低、加热量的增大和加热站上游来油进站温度升高都将使恒定加热量管道临界输量降低。

     

    Abstract: By means of investigation of the pipeline operation characteristics under the condition of constant heat, the critical flow rate is found. When the flow rate is lower than the critical flow rate, the pipeline will be operating in a unsteady area.On the basis of analyzing the effects of the critical flow rate, it can be concluded that the critical flow rate under the condition of constant heat decreases with the decreasing of average overall heat transfer coefficient and heat increases with the increasing of oil temperature at the inlet in heating station.
