岙山—镇海原油管道册子水道定向钻穿越技术

Cezi Waterway Horizontal Directional Drilling Practice for Aoshan-Zhenhai Import Oil Pipeline Construction Project

  • 摘要: 针对册子水道水平定向钻施工, 提出了大口径、长距离、复杂地质条件下水平定向钻施工的技术问题, 讨论了路由选择和曲线设计原则, 并对在此条件下导向孔钻进工艺、扩孔工艺方案、钻具使用、控向等技术进行了分析, 有效解决了出现突发情况时导向孔的对接问题。

     

    Abstract: Based on the site practice of Cezi Waterway Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) operation, the paper describes key issues which should be taken account of in large diameter, long distance and complicated geologic conditions, emphasizes the principle in drilling-route selection and drilling-curve design. Meanwhile, the paper makes technology analysis to such field practices used under this condition as pilot-hole drilling technique, reaming technique, the application of special boring tools, and direction control techniques, and the method of boring-hole assembly in case of emergency condition is solved effectively.
