浮顶式原油储罐泡沫储备量的计算

Calculation to Foam Volume of Floating Roof Oil Tank

  • 摘要: 目前大型油罐泡沫液储备量主要根据《低倍数泡沫灭火系统设计规范》或依据浮顶油罐泡沫发生器保护周长来确定, 而在扑救大型油罐火灾的实际过程中发现, 两种计算方法都过于理想化, 仅适用于油罐罐壁与泡沫堰板成矩型的设计, 讨论了大型油罐泡沫液储备量的计算方法, 并针对如何提高灭火效率提出了改进意见。

     

    Abstract: The foam volume for large-scaled oil tank is determined based on the 《Design Criterion of Lower-Multiple Foam System》 or on the protection perimeter of foam generator. However, during fire extinguishing process of large-scaled oil tank, the two calculation methods are too ideal to apply, which is only suitable for the rectangular design of the tank wall with foam dam baffle. In allusion to this question, a calculation method of foam volume for large-scaled oil tank is discussed and improvement on increasing fire extinguishing effectiveness is presented.
