输气管道气体置换方案的比较及应用

Comparison and Application to Gas Displacement Scenarios of Gas Transmission Pipelines

  • 摘要: 探讨了输气管道的投产置换方式, 通过比较天然气管道常用的四种置换方式的优缺点, 并就氮气置换隔离方式上不加隔离清管器方案的可行性进行了论述, 总结了输气管道置换安全的一般性规律。

     

    Abstract: Gas displacement method for the commissioning of gas transmission pipeline is discussed in the paper. Four common methods for gas displacement are put forward and compared. The feasibility of the case using nitrogen in displacement isolation method without separating pig is discussed and general rule for safe gas displacement is summarized.
