Trenchless Pipe Repair Technology and Relative Suggestion

  • 摘要: 阐述了非开挖管道修复技术的主要优势, 分析了管道腐蚀特点及影响因素, 介绍了内衬、喷涂、局部修复、化学注浆和原位固化(软衬法)五种管道非开挖修复技术, 提出了相关建议。同时以在燃气管道应用原位固化法(软衬法)进行非开挖修复为例, 简述了其施工工艺。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents some advantages of pipeline repairing using trenchless technology and analysis is made on the feature of pipeline corrosion and its influence factors, mainly introduces five kinds of trenchless technologies, such as lining, spraying, local repair, chemical slurry injection and original curing, and relative suggestion is put forward. The article describes the installation process for the case of trenchless pipeline repairing by original curing technology of gas pipeline.
