输气管道线路截断阀布置中的改进

Improvement on the Layout of Pipeline Block Valve for Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 在输气管道设计中, 如果按地区等级设置截断阀之后再加设大型河流两侧的岸边截断阀, 截断阀的数量将大大增加。通过分析截断阀的作用, 提出了恰当而合理的布置方案, 减少了截断阀的数量, 并在广东LNG工程中得到了成功的应用。

     

    Abstract: The paper considers that in the design of gas transmission pipeline, if block valves are laid out according to area classification and then to increase "bank block valves" on both sides of rivers, the quantity of block valves will be greatly increased. Through analyzing the function of the block valve, proper and rational layout program of block valve is presented and thus cuts down the quantity of block valves. The layout program is successfully applied in Guangdong LNG project.
