大落差对西部成品油管道投产的影响

The Influence of Elevation on the Commissioning of China West Products Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对西部成品油和原油管道具有的山区典型长距离大落差的特点, 分析了其投产过程中大落差对管道充水阶段、设备和柴油顶水混油的影响和管道存气的可能性和危害。提出了一些在投产中由大落差导致的可能出现的问题, 介绍了相关的一些量的计算方法, 给出了解决方法和建议。

     

    Abstract: As most parts of China West Products Pipeline are constructed in hilly areas, the elevation will bring problems to the commissioning of West Pipelines. The paper presents an analysis on pipeline water filling process, the influence of equipment and diesel on the contaminant, and the probability and danger for pipeline segment accumulated with gas, which will influence on the commissioning of pipelines in elevation areas. Possible problems for the segments in elevation areas are put forward, and some methods and suggestions which can solve or avoid the problems are proposed in the paper.
