西部成品油管道末段工艺控制技术

Research on Process Control Technology to the End Section of West Products Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对建在山区的成品油管道通过高峰点后可能会形成高点不满流、到达低洼点处可能会超压、停输时也有可能造成管道一些点静压过大、混油增加等问题, 就西部成品油管道建设所遇到的一些问题进行了研究, 分析了成品油管道不同点处于大落差地段可采用不同的运行控制模式, 给出了大落差管道减压站调节阀动态优化控制方法、管道起伏特点和运行状态对混油的影响。结合我国已建和在建的山区成品油管道的特点进行了应用分析, 认为在设计时需对各工艺运行模式、大落差地形对混油的影响因素及管道水力控制系统设计进行模拟和经济比较, 以得到安全、经济的运行控制模型模式。

     

    Abstract: Slack flow happens at the peak of the uneven sections of pipelines, while overpressure occurs at the lowest point. Further more, when shuts down the pipeline, the static pressure will be higher in some positions of the pipelines and contamination will be increased. Some problems encountered in constructing China West Products Pipeline are researched and different control modes are analyzed for West Products Pipeline in different slope segments. The influence on contamination forming made by different factors is also analyzed. The factors are as follows: dynamic optimization control methods of regulating valve in pressure-reducing station located in the slope segments of West Products Pipeline, unique feature of hilly pipelines and running states. Combined with the characteristics of the multi-products pipelines constructed and under construction in mountainous areas, some analyses are made for the application. It is considered that simulation and comparison shall be made to the influence of different running modes, slope terrains and the design of pipeline hydraulic steering systems on the forming of contamination for the purpose of finding a safe and economic running control model mode.
