杭州湾海底输油管道负压保护方案

Negative-pressure Protection Program for Hangzhou Bay Offshore Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 以杭州湾海底管道为例, 分析了海底管道漏油的原因, 提出了海底管道负压保护方案。通过海底管道内压试验并综合改进设备选型和费用的基本估算, 指出杭州湾海底输油管道采用负压保护是可行的, 能有效防止管道溢油事故的发生。

     

    Abstract: Taking Hangzhou Hay Offshore Oil Pipeline for example, the paper analyzes the reason for seabed pipeline leakage and puts forward a program to protect the negtive-pressure of the seabed pipeline. Through internal pressure test to the seabed pipeline and basic estimation for the cost of improved equipment, it points out that the protective program is feasible and is able to protect pipeline leakage effectively.
