利用海水作管道试压介质的技术要求

Technology Requirement for Hydrostatic Test with Seawater in Pipeline Construction

  • 摘要: 针对淡水稀缺区不能满足管道水试压需求且施工成本高的问题, 提出了在沿海地区合理利用海水作试压介质的必要性。结合利比亚西部管道的应用实践, 指出海水作为管道试压介质必须通过相应设备及材料改善水质。介绍了海水处理原理、程序、要求及应注意的问题。

     

    Abstract: Fresh water is commonly used in pipeline's hydrostatic test, However, for the pipeline installed in the area rare of fresh water and the area using freshwater will increase construction cost, the paper brings forward the necessity for using seawater rationally in coastal regions, Combined with the practice of hydrostatic test with seawater in Libyan Oil Pipeline.it points out that seawater as hydraulic medium shall be modified for water's quality by means of corresponding equipment and meterials. Principles in seawater treatment, treating process, requirements and concerns are introduced in the paper.
