Method to Control Gas Displacement Velocity in Gas PipelineCommissioning

  • 摘要: 对某输气管道置换投产过程的数据进行了分析, 提出了有内涂层输气管道投产置换时的天然气-氮气-空气推进速度的确定方法。根据预定的推进速度, 确定不同置换长度时的注入点压力, 达到适时调节与优化控制等方面研究, 以达到安全置换的目的。

     

    Abstract: Analysis is made on the data of gas displacement during the commissioning of a gas transmission pipeline and a method for determination of travelling velocity of gas-nitrogen-air section is put forward based on the gas pipeline with inner coating, Meanwhile, a proper pressure at injection point to displace the pipeline of different section length is defined according to preset travelling volisity, and timing adjustment and optmized control are realized so that the purpose for safe displacement is achieved.
