CO2、H2S对油气管道内腐蚀影响机制

Study on the Internal Corrosion Mechanism of CO2, H2S to Oil Gas Pipelines

  • 摘要: 介绍了单相流和多相流CO2腐蚀反应机理, 研究了H2S电化学腐蚀和H2S应力腐蚀开裂(SSCC)反应条件及作用机制。测试了不同CO2含量对几种材料腐蚀速率的影响, 给出了腐蚀反应速率曲线, 分析了CO2对油气管道内腐蚀的影响规律。使用N80钢试样, 在高温高压釜中进行测试, 得出了不同H2S浓度下N80钢的腐蚀规律。

     

    Abstract: This paper covers the corrosion reactive mechanism of CO2 of single phase and multiphase oil/gas pipelines and studies on the electrochemical corrosion of H2S and SSCC reactive condition and functional mechanism of H2S. T he influence of corrosion rate with different content of CO2 to some metal materials is tested and the curve of corrosion reactive rale is given. And also the influence law of CO2 to the internal corrosion of pipeline is analyzed. A sample is taken from X80 steel and is tested in high temperature and high pressure container. The corrosion law of X80 steel in different concentration of H2S is found out.
