Study on Thermal-like Theory in Simulation Process of Temperature Field of Oil Storage Tank

  • 摘要: 针对目前现场的测量不可能完全的将油罐温度场描述出来的问题, 提出在模拟油罐现场周围环境的条件下, 研制一个近似现场环境下的模拟罐并进行模拟罐储油的温度场的测量, 通过对模拟装置内的温度场进行测量后, 再运用相关的准则找出油罐温度场和模拟装置的温度场之间的关系来描述油罐内的温度场的形态, 以改善运行条件, 降低能耗, 节约生产成本, 实现长时间低温储油。指出了在进行模型研制的过程中所涉及对应用的大量传热理论的和相似分析是关系到模型研制成功的关键因素。

     

    Abstract: In the light of the issue that it is difficult to make a complete description of the temperature field of oil tanks through present measures in-situ, the article puts forward that under the condition of oil tank's simulating ambience, a model oil lank at near-field circumstances is developed and measurement is conducted for the temperature field of the oil lank. After measuring the temperature field inside the oil tank.a relationship shall be found out between both temperature fields of the oil tank and the simulating device by applying pertinent criteria to describe the conformation of the temperature field inside the oil lank for the purpose of improving operation condition, cutting down energy consumption, saving production cost and realizing longer and low temperature storage of oil. The article points out thai during the process of model development, a great lot of thermal transfer theories and similarity analysis involved in the application are the key factors relating to the successful development of the models.
