网格划分对埋地管道传热计算的影响分析
Analysis on the Influence of Mesh Types in Thermal Calculation of BuriedPipelines

摘要: 采用多种网格加密方法对埋地管道计算区域进行了划分, 设计了5种网格划分方案, 分析了计算区域的能量守恒。通过数值模拟结果分析, 在埋地管道传热模拟计算中, 同时加密管道和地面边界比只加密一种的计算误差小。在加密管道和地面边界后, 适当减少计算区域内部网格有助于提高计算效率, 并且可以减小计算误差。Abstract: This article covers many kinds of mesh densification methods to divide grid regions of buried pipelines. 5 kinds of mesh division plans have been designed and analysis has been conducted on the region's conservation of energy. Value simulation results show that in thermal transfer calculation of buried pipelines, the error in calculating is smaller for adopting local mesh densification in both pipeline boundary and ground boundary simultaneously than that only adopting densification for each of the two kinds. After adopting local mesh densification in both pipeline boundary and ground boundary simultaneously, properly reducing the interior region grid will be helpful for enhancing calculation efficiency, thus miscounts are reduced.
