热油管道低输量运行的安全分析及评价

Analysis and Evaluation on Low-throughput Running Safety of Hot Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对热油管道低输量运行时安全性下降的问题, 采用故障树方法分析了低输量管道易发生不稳定运行的原因, 并依此建立了低输量热油管道的安全检查表评价系统。通过对低输量管道的安全评价, 了解管道运行的安全程度, 找出安全隐患并进行整改, 以保证管道的长期安全运行。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the problem of safety depression in long distance hot oil pipeline with low throughput, an unstable operation problem is analyzed by means of Fault Tree. A safety-check table evaluation system is set up on the basis of the analysis result. Through safety evaluation on the low throughput pipeline, a safety degree of pipeline operation can be identified. then hidden dangers are found out and correcting measures are taken to ensure long safety of pipeline operation.
