含水超稠油表观粘度的试验与研究

Experimental Study on Apparent Viscosity of Water Cot Super-heavy Oils

  • 摘要: 采用HAAKE RS600型流变仪对辽河油田含水超稠油进行了试验与研究, 并结合试验数据对试验结果进行了重点分析, 得到了含水率、剪切速率和温度对含水超稠油表观粘度影响的结论, 提出了一种用于计算含水超稠油表观粘度的计算模型。

     

    Abstract: A test on Liaohe Oilfield's water cut super-heavy oils with HAAKE RS600 reheometer is introduced in this paper. By analyzing the test result some conclusions about how water cut ratio, temperature and shear rate affect apparent viscosity of water cut super-heavy oils are obtained. Furthermore a calculation model applicable for calculating apparent viscosity is brought forward.
