加剂原油管道运行参数优化研究

A Study on Optimizing Operation Parameters of Oil Pipelines with Additives

  • 摘要: 对加降凝剂原油管道的运行参数和泵站的运行特性进行了分析, 建立了原油管道的运行优化模型。将遗传算法和模拟退火算法相结合, 提出了混合遗传算法, 并求解了原油管道的运行优化模型。实例计算结果表明, 加剂后管道的最佳运行费用比加剂前减少了8.17%, 认为最佳运行方案可以用于指导原油管道的实际生产运行。

     

    Abstract: The running characteristic of oil pipelines injected with depressant (PPD-ed) and pump operating characteristic are analyzed and an operation optimization model for oil pipelines is established. On the basis of combining genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm, hybrid genetic algorithm is created, which is adopted to solve the optimization model of oil pipeline operation. The result shows that the optimal operation cost of oil pipeline after depressant injection is reduced by 8.17% compared to that without depressant. It is considered that the optimal operation scheme is helpful for instructing the real productive operation of oil pipelines.
