多起伏地形下油气混输管道的水力特性

Hydraulic Characteristics of Oil/Gas Two-phase Flow Transportation Pipeline in Hilly Terrains

  • 摘要: 油气混输与单相输送的水力特性因油气之间的滑脱有很大的不同, 多起伏管道表现得更为明显。塔里木油田塔中401计量站至塔中四联合站输送管道(塔四联管道)累计起伏高度超过300m, 起伏地形造成油气混输非常困难。利用多相流动态模拟软件OLGA对这种工况进行了动态模拟计算和分析, 研究了影响管道混输的几个主要因素, 并以管道混输启动参数对计算结果进行了验证。

     

    Abstract: Differing greatly from single-phase flow, multiphase flow will exhibit special hydraulic characteristics due to the slip between phases, especially for the pipeline in hilly terrains. The terrain is hilly from Tazhong 401 Metering Station to 4th Tazhong Combination Station in Tarim Oil Field, with total height exceeding 300 m in undulation. It is very difficult for pipeline transporting with multiphase flow. OLGA is used to predict dynamic parameters for this kind of service. Some factors affecting piping are studied and verification is made for the computation result based on starting parameters in multiphase flow status.
