Optimal Design of Long-distance Natural Gas Pipeline in Desert

  • 摘要: 基于沙漠地区天然气长输管道路线具体情况, 在保证管道结构可靠性、满足天然气输送要求的基础上, 综合考虑管道的基建投资费与年运营费, 以设计寿命期内总费用现值最小为目标函数, 建立了天然气长输管道优化模型, 并利用MDOD优化算法进行求解, 得到沙漠地区天然气长输管道的运行、管材以及敷设方式的最优工艺参数, 从而有效地降低了沙漠管道的总投资并保证设计质量, 提高了经济效益。

     

    Abstract: According to adverse circumstances and strong blown sand of desert, based on pipeline route, reliability and transportation requirements for long-distance natural gas pipeline in desert area, objective function of minimal total cost within designed life span are established, taking the capital construction investment and annual operation cost into account comprehensively. An optimizing model for long-distance gas pipeline transmission is set up and Mixed and Discrete Optimal Design algorithm (MDOD) is used for the resolve. Such optimal process parameters as operation, pipe material and laying mode of natural gas pipeline in desert region are acquired, which will help to reduce total investment, ensure design quality and increase economic benefit effectively.
