海洋管道外防腐层检测技术现状

Status quo for External Coating Inspection of Submarine Pipelines

  • 摘要: 海底管道检测的目的是通过定期和特殊的检测, 保证管道安全运行, 防止油气泄漏, 保护海洋环境。根据检测的不同时期、不同部位和不同的检测要求, 海洋管道检测分为投产前检测、定期检测和特殊检测等形式。详述了电流梯度探测技术及目前最先进的原子能清管器检测工具的应用。

     

    Abstract: The purpose of conducting periodical pipeline coating inspection over submarine pipelines is to ensure its safe operation and prevent oceanic environment pollution due to leakage. Submarine pipeline coating inspections can be classified as the inspection before startup, periodic inspection and special inspection according to different inspection periods, different inspection parts and requirements. The application of current gradient inspection technique and most advanced atomic energy pigging tools in this field are discussed in this article.
