油气海底管道的风险评价

Introduction of Risk Analysis for Submarine Pipelines

  • 摘要: 从失效可能性分析和失效后果计算两个方面阐述了油气海底管道的风险评价。介绍了海底管道失效的主要形式和三种失效概率模型, 给出了失效可能性等级划分的方法。从安全后果、经济后果和环境后果三个方面说明了海底管道失效后果的计算方法, 并根据风险矩阵确定了油气海底管道的风险状况等级。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the main failure mechanisms and three probabilistic failure models are introduced, and the category classification methodology of likelihood of failure is also given. From the view of safety consequence, economic consequence and environmental consequence, the calculation method of consequence of failure is explained for submarine pipelines. According to the result of likelihood of failure and consequence of failure, risk category of submarine pipelines can be determined by a risk matrix.
