Risk Factors Identification on In-line Stoppling Operation of Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 在运行的输气管道上动火属高危施工作业。通过对输气管道的特点和危险性分析, 在明确不停输开孔封堵动火作业流程及工作内容的基础上, 对引发火灾爆炸事故的危险因素进行辨别, 提出了风险消减措施和应急救援措施。

     

    Abstract: Conduct hot work in an operative gas pipeline is a kind of highly dangerous work. Through analyzing the characteristics of gas transmission pipeline and its risks, the risk factors resulting in fire or explosion accidents are identified according to work procedures of in-line stoppling operation and measures for risk mitigation and emergency first-aid are presented.
