变频控制系统在热媒炉燃料油系统中的应用

The Application of Variable Frequency Control System in Heat Medium Fuel Oil System

  • 摘要: 介绍了变频控制系统特性、组成及其工作原理。对熊岳输油站燃料油泵变频控制系统应用前后的效果进行了对比分析, 结果表明, 应用变频控制系统不仅可以自动平衡调节燃料油压力, 而且还可以降低油电消耗, 延长设备的使用寿命, 改造当年就可以从节约的电费和维修费用中收回投资, 经济效益显著。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduces the performance, constitution and basic work principle of the variable frequency control system and make a comparable analysis to the application effectiveness of the system in Xiongyue Pumping Station. The result shows that adopting this system not only can balance automatically the pressure of fuel oil, but also cut down the consumption of oil and/or power and elongate the service life of the fuel oil pump as well. According to statistics, the cost of this system can be recovered in the same year from the saved power and upkeep cost, with a remarkable economic benefit.
