离心泵输送气液两相介质的研究

Study on Transportation of Gas-Liquid Two-phase Flow with Centrifugal Pump

  • 摘要: 介绍了输送气液混合物时离心泵的特性曲线的变化, 泵级间的相互影响以及气液两相流工作的流态变化、排量及轴功率的计算等。提出了当保持一定QY值时, 在吸入气液容积比KX相当宽的变化范围内, HHKX的变化曲线和ηHKX的变化曲线形状相似, 而且都与KX的二次方有关。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces a study on the variation of characteristic curve of centrifugal pump when pumping gas-liquid mixture, mutual-influence of pressure heads of pump, variation of flow pattern of gas-liquid two-phase and calculation of flow rate as well as shaft power. The viewpoint from authors is that when Qliuid is kept to a constant, with the suction gas-liquid capacity ratio Ksuction within a quite wide variation scope, the shape of characteristic curve of Hmixture is similar to the Ksuction and βmixture as varying with them, and totally related to the second power of Ksuction.
